St Peter’s Winter Warmer Campaign

The St Peter’s Winter Warmer Campaign, run by the Std 6 year group, has been a remarkable success this year, despite all the difficulties that people are going through. We have received an outpouring of support from the Thornhill community, who never cease to amaze us with their generosity. There are the most comforting of blankets, beautiful woolly socks, slippers, pyjamas, fleeces and jerseys, to mention just a few. Our sincere thanks must be extended to all of you who have donated so willingly, the St Peter’s community will be so appreciative of everything that we send them. Further to this, we were also donated a fantastic contribution of meat for these children who are fed two meals at school daily. We will also be sending the groceries that they need, we will buy these using the money we raised in our Spelling Bee competition. Once again, our sincere thanks to all of our Thornhill families, who supported this very worthy cause.
